Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before downloading or using Tongbao VPN (“the App”), owned and operated by SPEEDLINCINNOVATION INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Tongbao VPN establishes an encrypted tunnel between your device and the open Internet. We do NOT guarantee access to any specific content or service, and we do NOT encourage activities that breach local laws.

2. User Obligations

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, malicious or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload, transmit or distribute viruses, spam or harmful code.
• Circumvent or manipulate any technical measures we employ.
• Violate any third-party rights or applicable regulations.

3. Acceptable Use & Local Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App is legal in the jurisdiction where you access it. We disclaim all liability for any breach of local rules by users.

4. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law or competent authority.
• The service experiences an extraordinary outage or security issue.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure operation.
• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-infringement of third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual-property rights in the App, its code, graphics and documentation are owned by SPEEDLINCINNOVATION INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED. You receive only the limited, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Amendments

We may update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
