Tongbao VPN establishes an encrypted tunnel between your device and the open Internet. We do NOT guarantee access to any specific content or service, and we do NOT encourage activities that breach local laws.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App is legal in the jurisdiction where you access it. We disclaim all liability for any breach of local rules by users.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law or competent authority.

The App is provided “AS IS”. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to uninterrupted or error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or third-party account restrictions arising from the use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall be resolved via the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
