SPEEDLINCINNOVATION INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the mobile application Tongbao VPN (“the App”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with:

- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
- Personal Information Protection Law of the P.R.C.
- Apple App Store & Google Play data-collection guidelines
1. Information We Collect
Zero-Log Policy - We do NOT collect, store or log:
- Source IP addresses
- DNS queries & Browsing history
- Traffic content or destination
We may collect non-identifiable information solely to deliver and improve the service:
- Device type, OS version (for compatibility)
- Anonymous connection timestamps (e.g., daily count)
- Crash logs handled by OS-level reporting (Apple/Google)
2. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
- Performance of a contract: providing the VPN service you request.
- Legitimate interests: ensuring service stability and preventing abuse.
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do NOT sell, share or transfer user data to third parties, except:
- When required by law or a binding court order.
- With your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention & Security
No traffic logs are retained. Non-identifiable analytics are aggregated and discarded within 30 days. All in-app data transmission is encrypted with AES-256.
5. Your Rights
You may:
- Access, rectify or erase any personal data we hold.
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time by removing the App.
