Agreement to Terms

TongBaoVPN’s core mission is to protect your data privacy. To fulfill this mission, TongBaoVPN is headquartered and maintains its registered place of business in Wyoming (WY), USA. SpeedLine Innovation International LLC operates under the jurisdiction of Wyoming and complies with Wyoming state laws. By accessing or using the services provided by TongBaoVPN (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Service.

Service Availability & Restricted Jurisdictions

TongBao VPN is not intended for use in all countries. For legal compliance and risk management, we strictly prohibit the use of the Service within the following Restricted Jurisdictions:

• Trade Sanctions: Countries subject to U.S. embargoes (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria).
• Operational Restrictions: Jurisdictions where VPN operations are highly restricted or pose significant legal risks, including Mainland China, Russia, and Belarus.
• Enforcement: We reserve the right to implement technical measures, such as Geo-IP filtering, to block access from Restricted Jurisdictions. Any account identified as operating within these regions will be terminated immediately without prior notice and will not be eligible for a refund.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Engaging in any hacking, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized access to networks.
• Distributing malware, spam, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Sharing or distributing content that violates third-party intellectual property (DMCA compliance).
• Accessing or distributing illegal content, including child-safe violations.

No-Logs Policy & Privacy

We maintain a strict No-Logs policy as outlined in our Privacy Policy. However, to maintain regional compliance (Section 2), we perform transient geolocation checks during the connection handshake. This process is transient and does not involve the permanent logging of your IP address.

Subscription and Refund Policy

Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). While we offer a money-back guarantee under specific conditions, no refunds will be granted for accounts terminated due to a violation of these Terms, particularly usage within Restricted Jurisdictions.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeedLine Innovation International LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
