TongBaoVPN (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Company”) is a company registered in Wyoming, USA, operating the TongBaoVPN service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with international data protection standards, including the GDPR and CCPA.

1. Strict No-Logs Commitment

TongBao VPN operates under a strict No-Logs Policy. We do NOT track, collect, or store any of the following:

Traffic Activity: Browsing history, data content, or destination IPs.
Connection Metadata: Original source IP addresses, DNS queries, or session timestamps.
Personal Identity: Any data that could link your online activities to your real-world identity.

2. Regional Compliance & Verification

To comply with international trade laws and our operational policies, we restrict access from certain “Restricted Jurisdictions” (including but not limited to Mainland China, Russia, Belarus, and US-sanctioned countries).

Transient Geolocation Check: During the connection process, our system performs a transient geolocation verification on your source IP.
Privacy-First Processing: This check is performed strictly in-memory. Once your eligibility is verified, the source IP is immediately discarded. It is never permanently logged or stored in our database.

3. Minimal Information We Collect

We collect only the essential data required to provide the Service:

Account Data: Your email address for account management and customer support.
Payment Metadata: Handled exclusively by our payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive billing data.
Diagnostic Data (Optional): Anonymous device models and OS versions to troubleshoot compatibility issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TongBaoVPN shall not be liable to any user or any other individual for any loss or damage arising from:

Any failure or interruption of the Service;
Any act or omission of any third party involved in providing the Service or the data contained therein to you;
Any other cause relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, any portion of the Website or its content;
Your interactions on the Service or discussion forums provided by TongBaoVPN;

In order to protect the Services from being misused or used to harm someone, TongBaoVPN reserves the right to take appropriate measures when our Services are being used contrary to these Terms and applicable laws. You agree that TongBaoVPN may restrict access to any part of the Services, terminate your Account, or take any other legal measure provided by law, without providing a refund for Services already paid, if we believe at our absolute discretion that you have misused the Services.

Upload, download, post, reproduce, or distribute any content protected by copyright or any other proprietary right without first having obtained permission from the owner / licensor of the proprietary content.
Upload, download, post, reproduce, or distribute any content that includes sexual or explicit depictions of minors, or content that is similarly restricted / prohibited in your country.
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other Subscriber from using or enjoying the Services.
Attempt to access, probe, or connect to computing devices without proper authorization (i.e., any form of “hacking”).
Attempt to compile, utilize, or distribute a list of IP addresses operated by TongBaoVPN in conjunction with the Services.
Use the Services for anything other than lawful purposes.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TongBaoVPN grants to you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, fully revocable, and limited license to download and use the Services. Modifying, distributing to unauthorized parties, reverse engineering, or otherwise using the Services in any way not expressly authorized by TongBaoVPN in these Terms is strictly prohibited.

Usage of any material that is subject to TongBaoVPN’s intellectual property rights is prohibited unless you have been provided with explicit written consent by TongBaoVPN. Nothing contained within or related to the Services or in these Terms shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to any of TongBaoVPN’s intellectual property rights.

Content, Language and Translation, and Social Interactions

Our Content is originally written in English. Any translation of our Content is done on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of translated Content.

We may from time to time post Content regarding our Services or other topics we believe may be of interest to you on our Site, on social media, in online discussion forums, on blogs, or in other electronic channels. In some instances, Subscribers and non-subscribers may express their opinion about the Content and interact with one another. You are solely responsible for all information, content, opinions, or materials you post on such channels. TongBaoVPN has no obligation to monitor such discussions, but we may do so at our absolute discretion, and we may delete any content posted therein. TongBaoVPN makes no representation and disclaims all liability, to the fullest extent permitted under the applicable laws, with respect to the information, content, opinions, or materials posted on said channels by Subscribers or non-subscribers.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only disclose information:

Legal Orders: When required by a binding legal order issued by a US court.
No Data to Provide: Because we maintain a No-Logs policy, we have no activity data to provide to law enforcement or government agencies, even if legally subpoenaed.

We will strive to prevent interruptions to the Website or Service. However, these Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. VPN service coverage, speeds, server locations, and quality may vary. TongBaoVPN will make every effort to ensure the Service is available at all times. However, the Service may be unavailable and may be interrupted, refused, limited, or curtailed due to various factors beyond our control, including but not limited to emergencies, third-party service failures, transmission, equipment or network problems or limitations, interference, or signal strength. We are not responsible for data, messages, or pages lost, not delivered, delayed, or misdirected due to interruptions or performance issues with the Service, communication services, or networks. To protect TongBaoVPN, our users, or the Service, we may, at our sole discretion, limit usage or the Service, suspend services, terminate accounts, or block certain types of usage. We do not guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of data received; delays or omissions may occur.

Your Rights & Data Security

User Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your account information.
Security: All traffic within our App is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption to prevent unauthorized interception.

Choice of Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Final Provisions

If any provision in the Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent of the provision, and the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure to exercise or enforce any right or the provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, or be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
