免責事項：弊社は暗号化転送チャネルを提供しますが、第三者プラットフォーム（ChatGPT、Binance、OKXなど）のアカウントリスク管理、アカウント停止、地域制限については法的責任を負いません。
プライバシー保護：「ゼロログ」ポリシーを堅持し、ユーザーのアクセス先、トラフィック内容、元のIPを一切記録しません。

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using Tongbao VPN ("the App"), owned and operated by SPEEDLINCINNOVATION INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Tongbao VPN establishes an encrypted tunnel between your device and the open Internet. We do NOT guarantee access to any specific content or service, and we do NOT encourage activities that breach local laws.

2. User Obligations

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any unlawful, malicious or fraudulent purpose.
Upload, transmit or distribute viruses, spam or harmful code.
Circumvent or manipulate any technical measures we employ.
Violate any third-party rights or applicable regulations.

3. Acceptable Use & Local Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App is legal in the jurisdiction where you access it. We disclaim all liability for any breach of local rules by users.

4. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law or competent authority.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
